Returns and Exchanges

You never need to worry about your purchase with our hassle-free 30-Day return policy. If you change your mind or aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return any product purchased directly from Saris within 30 days from the date of delivery. Product(s) must be in new, unused condition and sent back in its original packaging. We only accept returns on orders made directly from Saris. All returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

If the product was damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon receipt, contact Customer Service at 800-783-7257 to arrange a resolution.

 

It's Easy to Return a Product:

  • Call or email Saris Customer Service: 1-800-783-7257 or support@saris.com
  • We will provide you with an RMA and return instructions
  • Please use a trackable method of your choice to return your item
    • Return shipping is your responsibility.
    • RMA Must be clearly marked on the label.
    • Saris is not responsible for returns that are lost due to missing RMA or when an invalid tracking # is provided.
    • Return(s) must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as sold, including packaging, parts, accessories and documentation.
      • Incomplete or used returns may be subject to a restock fee.
  • Saris cannot accept returns of products purchased through a bike shop, reseller, or distributor. It must be a purchase from saris.com.
  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
