Amazing product (Bones 3 EX) been bulletproof for all my 3-bike adventures over the past five years or so. So grateful Saris designed with lifetime in mind ~ replacement strap system and replacement bike straps are awesome and lower the lifetime carbon footprint of my rack. Thank you!

I’ve had a Saris Bones double bike rack on the car for a little over 5 yrs. It looks like new even in the Florida sun because I armors all it yearly however there’s just no reprieve for the straps! I’m pretty happy they lasted this long and if I wasn’t carting a $5000 race bike I could probably get another 5 but one they get a little too stiff they gotta go. The great customer service and prices will keep me a customer! Thanks and cheers Team Saris!

I ordered this a month ago but realized after receiving the order that the metal attachments were not included . The straps to my bike rack were destroyed in my storage shed and I am in need of additional parts that will allow me to attach the bike rack to my car using the new straps. I'm sure the straps will work great once I find out if I'm able to order the metal parts to aid in connecting my bike rack to my SUV.

Ordered replacement strap. Described wrong bike ride. Customer corrected and shipped right product. Also corrected and took care of credit card billing.
