The part came quickly but didn’t solve the problem. The Superclamp is perfect for me but the design to keep the arms in place is deficient. I presume a new arm might solve the problem but It would be my second arm replacement. I am instead using a reliable bungy cord to keep the arm in contact with my wheel. I strongly suggest that you rethink the design to make the Superclamp an excellent product. Regards, John Martinez
