You should have GIVEN me these two hooks. The hooks that were on my rack broke unexpectedly and very dangerously. You ignored my angst and insisted that I BUY new straps. This is such poor customer service. I will never recommend SARIS to anyone. I will, instead, tell people that your products are dangerous - just as I found out.
