My problem is not with the straps themselves, but with the very poorly designed website which defaults to side straps, even though one can order upper straps, side straps or lower straps. When you are placing an order on your phone, it is not always easy to discern that there is a drop-down box and you need to change the default choice from side straps to what you want. A well designed website would set the default to something like “pick a size.” And the order would not proceed until you picked an actual size. Not rocket science. I have spent an inordinate amount of time returning these two incorrect straps and re-ordering the correct size. I do like Saris, but this is a headache that is leaving a bad taste in my mouth, and could’ve been avoided so easily.
