As part of the Saris Modular Hitch System (MHS), the 1+1 Base can be used as either a standalone bike rack for one, or as a 2-bike rack, with the MHS DUO 1-Bike Add-On Tray.

Absolute Game Changer on My Toyota
I am seriously impressed with the Saris MHS 1+1. First off, I want to say I hope this company stays around forever because they really nailed the design on this one. The story and quality behind it are top-notch.
I installed this on my Toyota (fits perfectly on new 2025 Camry), and it looks and performs incredibly well. You might not think a sedan can handle a serious rack system, but the MHS is so stable and secure that it feels like a part of the car.
It’s built like a tank. No wobbling, no noise, just pure quality.
The Fit: If you’re worried about putting a high-end rack on a Corolla or Camry, don’t be. It’s the perfect match.
Everything about it is "very nice." I’m a happy customer, and I’ll be recommending this to everyone. If you want the best for your bike on your car, this is it.

This is a great system, everything I needed in a rack. This is great for ebike riders or those considering an ebike but want to use a 1.25" hitch with the option to customize it to their needs. It's very heavy, though- if you're not strong I'd recommend double checking if you really need the ebike tray and not the regular bike tray. Other than that, this is a great quality rack. Heavy duty.
It’s great, had an issue with one of the arm latches hanging up, I contacted Saris and they sent out a new arm right away.
Although logistics of crawling under your car, working overhead with a bit of strength; with some strange angles; and trying to work tiny screws into a wheel tray was a bit of a challenge-sideways works best-; I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't turn into an IKEA assembly marathon(not that I've ever done any of those-ever). Quality product, adaptable for road, trail, or EV bikes.....Operations for various EV rear door positions efficient and easily managed.....even for this 77-year old white guy with no mechanical inclinations-Tool Time I'm Not!
