I ordered 2 of these at first you sent the wrong part then when you sent the correct part you only sent one. I really like your product but your ordering and customer service is very lacking in quality.
The wheel straps have to be replaced about every six months. I have requested warranty straps and i get nothing. If I want to use the rack, I have to purchase more straps. Should have purchased a Kuat Rack and my next rack will be a Kuat
Surprised the original broke. Replacement shipped quickly.
