Superclamp Upright Arm

Great carrier.

The arm gave out on my 10 year old well used Superclamp. Saris helped me to troubleshoot the problem and ultimately replace the arm. Thanks for your awesome customer support.

Easy to install and replace arm that one of the plastic hooks had broken off. Just took minutes and used existing hardware.

Superclamp uprights are not well made. I’ve had to replace both in relatively short time. The design wears out quickly. I lost my bike going down the road! Fortunately no one was hurt. They don’t provide a warranty on the product and won’t even offer free shipping to replace the prematurely worn part. Would not but Saris again.

Easy to replace however the one I was replacing lasted for less than (2) years.
