I have had two issues with this bike rack. The pictures in the assembly instruction were not clear so I called Saris. The person I talked to said I needed to speak to a technician and they would call. a week later and I am still waiting for the call. Second, the first time I used the rack, I pushed the support arm hard against the tire. When I got home, the arm would not disengage. I had to undo the back tire and pull the bike until enough pressure was relieved to move the support arm. The think the rack is well built but I worry how easy it will be to use.
