I like the rack functionality and it is rock steady when installed. I didn't give it 5 starts because when I mount my bike the front tire doesn't fit down in the saddle. It is touching the front stop and the rear stop but not the actual rack surface below. This was not mentioned in any of the videos I watched prior to purchase. I'm not sure I like that fit but if I move the rear stop then the tire doesn't touch the front stop and that's not good either.

Saris Rack is light weight, sturdy and easy to install. Saris Customer service was excellent with answering my questions.
