All Star 2 Bike Hitch Rack, With Secure & Easy To Load Platform

recieved w mast piece stuck on 2 inch adapter, very difficult then got it off w cust asst on phone. then i inserted it into hitch=it got stuck, (ps it was greased) i waited another week , could not be expedited per saris) for replacement looked in box and cradle for tire was cracked. I gave up and sent back nnow waiting for credit. too bad

ordered may 20th, got it may 27th, the piece w 2 inch adaptor would not come off, called sus serv, 30 min wait, i sprayed wd40 down a channel and it released. oh good, off phone w customer serv. then i insert piece into hitch and it gets stuck.....it was lubed w syn grease prior to insertion but stiull got stuck so tight i would not be ablee to use car till i got it out. 45 min later i got it out. I called following day and parts will be sent. i ask to expedite order they said no. I went to this rack cause of its weight of 21 lbs and just very careful not to hurt my self getting the rack out of hitch. I had to use a rubber mallet to get it out. W/O rack i have to ride in a very congested city center which sucks for alot of reasons. Im 68 yo hand not a strong a cyclist anymore. its a shame you have a QC issue and then recieve min. customer service.
If i receive a replacement parts and anything else happens i will be returning this for credit. Quality issue like this is scary really.

Easy assembly with clear instructions. Fits tight into hitch receiver. Mounted my bike on it and secured it with the wheel straps and top bar hold down and it was tight when I arrived. The cable and locks secured the bike and there is an extra lock and pin for the hitch. Great value and peace of mind.

Fits my Chevy Bolt EV very well. My e-bike solidly attaches to the rack.
