Easy assembly with clear instructions. Fits tight into hitch receiver. Mounted my bike on it and secured it with the wheel straps and top bar hold down and it was tight when I arrived. The cable and locks secured the bike and there is an extra lock and pin for the hitch. Great value and peace of mind.

Easy to assemble and lighter than other bike racks on hitch. But a little clumsy getting the inside bike on the rack because the support arm gets in the way. Wish that arm could raise a little higher. Otherwise great rack! No wobble!
