Better than my original (it lasted 27 years). The only rub is it doesn’t come in red like my previous one. Get colorful again Saris!

It did not fit my 2018 Subaru forester (bottom latch), although I was assured that it would by the fit guide and by customer service when I called. Very disappointed.

Not good I was not aware it would not properly fit kids bike or stepover bikes, seems only ok for male adult bike

It is easy to use and works well. However the installation instructions are not very clear. It did take 2 people to attach to my suv. Once attached it is great

I love the sturdy attachment to the car and considerations like routing the straps over the spoiler or adding interior huggers in place of hooks. The straps that go around the bikes themselves are very difficult to tighten fully and feel like they will break easily. I much prefer the stretchy rubber straps on other brands.
