Bummed that my car, a hatchback on the list of compatible cars, really isn't compatible. The bottom hooks that attach under the door of the hatchback are the wrong shape and they constantly fall off. Really need an adapter to use this, sadly.
I can't see the make and model of your car to look up any fit notes or any other information to help... BUT If the lower straps are coming out, the rack is not tight. Once the bikes are loaded, re-tighten all of the nylon straps holding the rack to the car. Once they are fully tight tie them off like the instruction manual shows. OR you need to use the hatch huggers for the lower straps which the fit guide will tell you if you need them when you input your make, model and year of your vehicle. https://saris.com/pages/findmyfit

Bought for a long trip to Lake Tahoe. Used on a 2017 Chevy Volt. Worked great. No issues. Only carried two bikes but could have fit a third of needed.

Better than my original (it lasted 27 years). The only rub is it doesn’t come in red like my previous one. Get colorful again Saris!

It did not fit my 2018 Subaru forester (bottom latch), although I was assured that it would by the fit guide and by customer service when I called. Very disappointed.

The Bones EX 3-Bike Rack solves a major fear: will it fit my car? The answer is almost always yes. It’s built to clear spoilers, protect bike frames, and handle multiple bikes with ease. Cyclists love its aesthetic and the way it hugs their vehicle without damaging paint.
