Rack is solid and easy to use. The install videos and instructions are lacking. The camera work and angles are useless.
Rack works good. Only touches tires and clamps well. There is excessive play in the hitch receiver but this doesn't affect function or safety. You do have to clean and then wax/oil the rack multiple times a year to keep things moving after the first year. Pedals spin while driving causing them to smash into the other frame and destroy the paint. Worst of all, when you have the plastic parts inivitably break after years outside Saris will tell you to fly a kite. Evidently plastic parts only break in the first year and are not covered by their joke of a "LiFeTiMe WaRrAnTy". KUAT has never denied a claim of mine or any of my customers and Yakima has never declined a claim with a receipt.
The SuperClamp G3 was easy to put together and get attached to the car. Loading and unloading our two bicycles was quick and uncomplicated.
Good structurally sturdy for two e-bikes. Instructions could have been better; had to figure out a few steps, hence decided on a four star.
