Very solid,well designed rack. I didn't find the printed instructions all that helpful. I spent some time determining optimally where it should be placed on my CR-V Sport Hybrid. Chatgpt was very helpful in that regard. In addition to the printed instructions that come with the unit, Saris should provide a couple YouTube videos on how to mount it. Also, photos of the rack on 5 or 6 of the most popular cars would help clarify placement.
Great design. Very easy to put on and take off my 2025 Chevy Equinox EV. Bikes are held in place very securely while traveling.
The rack itself seems fine; I have not yet been able to use it.
I ordered the rack and the recommended Hatch Huggers at the same time. The rack itself arrived quickly via FedEx ... but it was missing a strap and hook. I contacted customer service, and they sent the missing parts by USPS and they arrived ONE week later. The Hatch Huggers were also sent by USPS and they arrived one day short of TWO weeks after the rack.

Love the bike rack. This was the only bike rack that fit on my suv perfect with my spoiler. Price wise is really good as well definitely recommend it.
