• Rack strap for the Thelma, Porter Trunk, Porter Hitch, Gran Fondo and Freedom racks.
• Can be swapped out for worn, broken or missing strap. 

• Compatible with Freedom and Freedom SuperClamp hitch racks.
• Wheel strap and grey thumb screw included.
• Fits tires up to 2.5" wide.
• A and B scoops sold separately.

• Extra security for that rack-to-hitch connection
• Fits most 1 1/4" and 2" hitches
• Not compatible with racks that use the HitchTiter: MTR or Door County
