DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SARIS. I placed an order on July 9th, to be delivered the next week. It is July 23rd and I still don't have a functional system. The original shipment was missing the base (a critical piece). I immediately notified them. They claimed it would be in a future delivery, it wasn't in any of the 4 separate deliveries of the 3+1 system plus a couple of accessories. They apparently can't track items sent from different warehouses. After multiple calls and e-mails, they finally sent a replacement base. However, they sent it the slowest shipping possible, so it won't arrive before we leave on the trip that we purchased the rack for. I explicitly referenced this needed date in all communications. I found a 3rd party to expedite a base for me. I requested they reimburse me for this (i.e. refund a portion of the order), and I would send back their base when and if I every receive it. They have so far refused.
Just buy a rack from someone else, this is the most hassle with a purchase I have ever had.
