I gave a very bad rating before, because I had a trainer 2 that was leaking. It was less than 1 years old, when I first called I was told that I can not get parts but I can buy a new one. A good friend of mine told me to call again. And I got the correct information. Eric reached out to me and said not to worry, that he would send out a new one. And he did. Thank you Eric

I’ve had this trainer, myself for 13,000miles!!!’it shows no sign of quitting
I gave a very bad rating before, because I had a trainer 2 that was leaking. It was less than 1 years old, when I first called I was told that I can not get parts but I can buy a new one. A good friend of mine told me to call again. And I got the correct information. Eric reached out to me and said not to worry, that he would send out a new one. And he did. Thank you Eric
