While hanging my bike rack on the ceiling in the garage, it slipped and fell. I broke a wheel tray (replaced and reviewed separately) and also severely bent the end of the cable lock. I ordered a replacement cable and it arrived quickly. Replacing the damaged cable was easy and quick.
